Stanowisko:
Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and independently (but not alone!) manage social and technological projects (approximately 2 per year). Each year, we execute numerous projects in collaboration with technology and public partners, aimed at increasing the presence of women in technology, science, and innovation. Many of these projects are boutique, local, and focused on marginalized communities and talent development. Simultaneously, we work year-round on our flagship event, the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit in Warsaw, which in 2024 was attended by 14,000 people from over 100 countries. Effective project management (including budget handling), excellent organization, and independence combined with a focus on further opportunities for collective development are the skills we are looking for.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing small to medium-sized projects, including events and conferences.
- Ability to work in a multi-project environment, planning and organizing team work, coordination, result analysis, learning from experiences, and optimizing work while setting task priorities and synchronizing tasks in time and space.
- Skills in leading projects from concept through implementation and documenting results.
- Demonstrates initiative, provides solutions, inspires and supports others, and actively participates in problem-solving.
- Ability to work in hybrid, dispersed, and international environments.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in office software, especially Excel.
- Experience in supporting women and involvement in educational and technological projects is an advantage.
