The Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit is Europe’s largest conference that celebrates women in technology and science and brings the latest knowledge, inspiration, and networking opportunities to its participants. The goal of the event is to combat gender stereotypes in STEM fields and increase women’s participation in these fields. We support and empower women, as well as promote equality and diversity. We are looking for someone passionate about new technologies, STEM fields, and women’s empowerment.

Responsibilities:

• Researching and recruiting speakers for the event
• Securing content and managing relationships with event partners
• Creating program schedules
• Coordinating the event agenda
• Communicating with speakers and partners

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in new technologies, STEM fields, and the IT&Tech market
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster professional relationships
• Research skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools

We Offer:

• Employment based on a contract with 20 hours per week
• Salary depending on competencies – from 5,000 to 7,000 PLN gross/month (20 hours per week)
• Flexible working arrangement: hybrid model (office in central Warsaw + remote work)
